I've found that the dealership labor rate and the parts from factory are all very expensive against competing non-dealership garages which is why Fitzgerald is only my go-to for work that other garages don't feel capable of performing

The experience was not bad, the car I am fed up with as it is rusting out! I didnot expect this of a Cadillac. The vehicle made the service sickening!

The cashier did not know how the Cadillac credit card could be used to pay for services by redeeming points. She said to contact the manager during weekday before coming for a service if redeeming is the intention. She was polite though. The management team needs to train the employees of this feature

My experience was not good, I took my vehicle in to see how we could resolve some of the issues I was having, espeically the engine light problem, there are a few minor things I need fixed. After the diagnoses it was approximately $1500 later in costs with all they said was wrong with my car. The responses were slow getting back to us about the car, just was not a good experience. I took my care elsewhere to be looked at and of course it's not running me $1500 for the repair.
